Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson Nwokolo is pleased with the return of the Hearts of Oak players that featured in the African Nations Championship tournament.
He believes that their return will be a huge boost for the club as they make a title charge in the Ghana Premier League this season.
Konadu Yiadom, Suraj Seidu and others played in the CHAN tournament as Hearts of Oak players.
“Very positive for us. It’s something that the technical committee will be looking forward to because the players will be rejoining their colleagues,” he told Citi Sports.
“First of all I have to congratulate those who were holding the fort…but having said that, I believe that the players rejoining the team will make a lot of difference” he added.
Hearts of Oak drew 0-0 against Legon Cities during the midweek.
