Ghanaian giant Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has started Rehabilitation to recover from his injury.
He undergone a successful surgery in South Africa to correct a thigh problem he has been carrying for months which has prevented him from playing for the club.
He departed Ghana last week for South Africa to /for the surgery which was successfully done on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
The box-to-box midfielder sustained the injury at the latter stages of last season but managed to complete the season.
The player underwent the thigh surgery at the Netcare Linksfield Hospital located in Johannesburg, South Africa and has started his rehabilitation to get back on his feet as soon as possible to play for the Phobians again.
He initially went through the pre-surgery formalities on on September 27, 2022.
Experienced surgeon, Dr. McCready led the team of medical team that helped the player to undergo the knife successfully.
Dr. McCready has previously operated on Nurudeen’s teammates Mamani Lawali and Daniel Kordie who have since returned to the field again.
Nurudeen has managed just 24 matches for the club since joining Hearts of Oak from Vision FC in 2020 due to one injury to another.
