Hearts of Oak have reached a partial agreement with former Ashanti Gold SC midfielder Seth Osei over his proposed move to the club.
The Phobians have accepted the player’s demands for a monthly salary of ¢12,000 and a signing-on fee of ¢50,000. However, negotiations have stalled due to a disagreement over Osei’s request for a 40% onward transfer clause in the contract.
The club’s management has reportedly rejected the clause, viewing it as detrimental to their long-term interests. Discussions are ongoing as both parties seek to find a resolution and finalize the deal.
Seth Osei, a dynamic and creative midfielder, has made a name for himself in Ghana’s top-flight league and is considered a valuable addition to Hearts of Oak as they look to bolster their squad for the ongoing season.
