Ghanaian giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC head coach Martin Koopman is asking his players to fight for their place in the next weeks ahead.
The gaffer says no player is guaranteed a spot in the team and must all fight very hard to earn a starting berth in the team in the remaining 33 games in the Premier League.
According to him, players who couldn’t get into the team on the opening day of the 2023-24 campaign must fight back.
“So, they must fight back in the week to come into the team. And everybody must fight for his place in the team.”
Hearts of Oak suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale against Real Tamale United FC.
The Phobians will take on Nsoatreman FC in their next game of the season at the Accra Sports Stadium on the POSTATO pitch
