Hearts of Oak have made a significant decision as they officially confirm the departure of striker Yassan Ouatching from their squad.
Yassan Ouatching was unveiled as a new signing ahead of the 2022/23 season and joined the Phobians on a two-year contract after successfully completing his medical examinations.
Despite his arrival with high hopes, the 24-year-old Central African Republic international made eleven appearances in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League but failed to score a goal.
On Thursday, Hearts of Oak took to their official social media handles to announce the mutual agreement to part ways with Yassan Ouatching. The club’s statement expressed well wishes for his future endeavors.
Prior to joining Hearts of Oak, Yassan Ouatching had previous stints with Burmese side Zwekapin United and Bangladesh-based Mohammedan SC.
The Phobians concluded the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season in 12th place, accumulating 46 points from 34 matches.
