Hearts of Oak 2-3 Asante Kotoko
Hearts of Oak’s lineup
4-4-2
Richmond Ayi (GK): a bad day at the office for Ayi. He was at fault for Kotoko’s 2nd and 3rd goals and also looked shaky whenever he received a back pass. 3.5
Micheal Ampadu (RB): Micheal was very aggressive and was solid at the right back. 6.7
Kelvin Osei Asibey (RCB): He exhibited class as he combined all the elements a centre-back needs to reach the top: pace, control, passing, marking, and aggression though he was at fault for Kotoko’s 3rd goal 7.5
Kofi Agbesimah (LCB): He was as solid as rock. He covered Asibey perfectly whenever he wasn’t around 6.7
Dennis Korsah (LB): one of his best games so far this season as he was unbreakable on the left-hand side of Hearts of Oak. 6.5
Glid Otanga Mvouo (DF): his energy and ability to cover enough distance made Ibrahim and Mtange move further up the pitch. 6
Linda Mtange (LM): was incredible in the midfield as he capped his performance with a powerful header which was Hearts of Oak’s first goal. 7
Salifu Ibrahim (AM): had 10/10 ratings before he was substituted in the 53rd minute. He assisted Linda’s opener with a beautiful free kick. 6.8
Kashala Ramos Wanet (ST): The Congolese forward was substituted very early as his movement and pressing were hurting Kotoko’s midfield and defence. 5.6
Enock Esubonteng (RM): had a normal game on the right side of Hearts of Oak’s attack as his movement and defensive work were excellent. 6.2
Hamza Issah (ST): The young striker showed why Martin Koopman likened him to Romario. He was full of energy, pressed higher up the pitch and also hit the woodwork with a ferocious left-foot shot in the second half.
