Several European clubs have expressed interest in signing Ghanaian international Benjamin Tetteh, as confirmed by his current club, Hull City, ahead of the 2023/24 football season.
Tetteh, a striker, joined Hull City in 2022 from Yeni Malatyaspor in Turkey. However, since his arrival, he has faced challenges making a significant impact due to injury setbacks, preventing him from showcasing his full potential to the fans.
Hull City’s Coach, Liam Rosenior, disclosed that offers for Tetteh’s transfer have been received, and if an agreement is reached, the striker will depart before the summer transfer window closes.
“Tetteh wasn’t involved [in pre-season friendly v Scunthorpe United]. We’ve had some interest from another club,” the Hull City gaffer said.
Despite the transfer interest, the 26-year-old Benjamin Tetteh remains open to the possibility of moving to a new club this summer. However, he is also prepared to stay at Hull City for the upcoming season, should the opportunity to move not materialize.
As the new football season approaches, Tetteh’s future remains uncertain, and fans will keenly follow the developments to see where his talents will be showcased next.
