Staring straight into the camera, Ugandan international, Steven Dese Mukwala has said a heartfelt goodbye to Asante Kotoko in a video posted on social media on Monday morning.
Mukwala leaves Kotoko after failing to renew his deal after the expiration of his two-year contract this month.
In his two seasons with the Porcupines, the 26-year-old was the club’s topscorer in the Ghana Premier League.
In a video shared on his social platform, Mukwala thanked everyone associated with the club including the King, Asantehene.
Mukwala joined Asante Kotoko in 2022 and scored 25 goals in 59 Ghana Premier League appearances.
Meanwhile, reports has it that, he will be joining Tanzanian giants Simba on a three-year contract worth over 50,000 USD.
