Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara says he is not under pressure despite watching his side slip to a 2-0 defeat to Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
Steven Mukwala scored a brace, leading to another loss for the Phobians at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in week 31 of the Ghana Premier League, leaving them in a precarious position.
Despite the setback, Coach Ouattara maintains that he does not feel under pressure, though he acknowledges the team’s urgent need for points.
“Personally, I am not under pressure. I am not under pressure but the team is under pressure. Don’t single me out. We are under pressure because we need more points to survive. We need the points in our three remaining games. We don’t have any choice. To get the points we must score,” Ouattara told StarTimes.
Hearts of Oak find themselves 15th on the league table with 38 points.
They will take on Great Olympics in another crucial encounter at home on matchday 32.
