Ghana Football Association Executive Committee member, Samuel Anim Addo is highly optimistic about Black Stars qualification for the next FIFA World Cup in Qatar later this year.
According to the manager of Ghana’s all time top scorer Asamoah Gyan, Anim Addo says Ghana will overcome Nigeria to play in their fourth World Cup tournament come Tuesday evening in Abuja.
Ghana FA EXCO member Anim Addo on Oyerepa FM ahead of the Black Stars game vs Nigeria’s Super Eagles: “I am very sure that Ghana will be going to Qatar after the second leg.”
Ghana will take on the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the first leg of the playoffs on Friday evening in Kumasi which kicks off at 7:30pm.
The return leg in Abuja, Nigeria is scheduled at Kickoff at 5pm on Tuesday evening.
