The talented centre-back, who joined the club on a free transfer, spoke to the Fenerbahce media team following his official unveiling.

In his statement, Djiku expressed his delight at joining Fenerbahce and emphasized his ambition to win trophies with his new team in the upcoming season.

“I am very happy to be here. Fenerbahce is the biggest club in Turkey. I came here to win trophies. I hope we will start to win all the trophies this season,” Alexander Djiku said as quoted on the website of his new club,” Djiku said, as quoted on the club’s website.

Djiku’s move to Fenerbahce marks the end of a chapter in his career with his former club in France, while simultaneously opening up new opportunities with the Turkish giants.
