Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan has revealed the one player he’s desperate to see succeed at the top level of football
Gyan has tipped CFR Cluj forward Emmanuel Yeboah for success and says he can’t wait to see the lanky striker play at the big stage.
The former Ghana captain says he loves the Black Meteors striker’s passion and ability to learn all the time and wasn’t surprised when the attacker scored three goals against Zamalek FC ahead of the 2023 CAF U-23 Championship.
“I can’t wait to see Emmanuel Yeboah at the big stage at the big stage, I love his passions and ability to learn all the time , am not surprised he scored 3 goals in his first start for the National Team,” wrote Gyan on Twitter.
Gyan, a member of Ghana’s 2004 team at the Olympic Games in Athens, also wished the team the best and wants the players to earn one of Africa’s slot to Paris 2024.
“Wish him and the Team all the best, I also started from the Meteors. Go Ghana,” he added.
