Ghanaian football legend Asamoah Gyan attributes his good looks to his alcohol-free lifestyle.
The 38-year-old, who retired from professional football a few months ago, continues to be admired by fans for his football talent as well as his appearance.
Engaging with his followers on Instagram, Gyan playfully credited his avoidance of alcohol for his handsome appearance.
“I don’t drink that’s why I’m this fine. It doesn’t mean that I’m condemning those who drink alcohol but the secret to my fineness is that I don’t drink alcohol,” he said.
Gyan, formerly of Sunderland and Stade Rennes, holds the record as Ghana’s all-time leading goal scorer with 51 goals and is the second most-capped player for the national team. He also holds the title of Africa’s highest scorer at the FIFA World Cup, with six goals scored across three tournaments.
