Tottenham Hotspur head coach Thomas Frank, has expressed uncertainty about Ghana midfeilder Mohammed Kudus’ injury.
The Ghanaian midfielder was forced off in the first half of Tottenham’s 1-1 draw with Sunderland, clutching his left leg, and was replaced by Randal Kolo Muani.
“I don’t know how Mohammed Kudus’ injury looks like,” he said in the aftermath of the game.
Kudus had been instrumental in Spurs’ attacking play this season, with two goals and five assists in 19 league appearances.
His injury is a blow to Tottenham, who had already sold Brennan Johnson to Crystal Palace earlier in the week.
The London-based club currently lack forward options with the club expected to bring in players in the winter window.
