Linares Deportivo first choice goalkeeper Razak Brimah says his performance at club level for the Azulillos should merit him a spot in the senior national team ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Brimah who last played for the Ghana national team at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon, has said that he is awaiting a call-up for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers and the World Cup which will come-off later this year in Qatar.
The Spain-based shot stopper in a recent interview indicated he has unfinished business with the West African football powerhouse and is hoping to come back and complete that mission.
“I am surprised that I haven’t been getting the Black Stars call-up because I believe I am doing well and people can testify to it.
“I have an unfinished business with the Black Stars because it is my dream to help the team win a trophy.”
Brimah was voted Best Goalkeeper in the 2020/21 Spanish Segunda División B, and named in the Team of the Year.
