Enoch Morrison, the former Asante Kotoko midfielder, has shared his aspirations of playing for Hearts of Oak in the future.
Last month, Morrison made a move to Kenyan Premier League giant Gor Mahia. Prior to finalizing this transfer, he was rumored to be joining Hearts of Oak, but the discussions did not lead to a deal.
In a recent interview with Akoma FM, Morrison extended an apology and expressed his hope to join Hearts of Oak when the timing is right. He acknowledged the strong support he received from Hearts fans, stating, “Hearts fans from around the world showed me a lot of love, especially after learning that the club was interested in my services. They did a lot of things for me that I can’t mention, so I was eager to play for Hearts.”
Morrison continued, “They should forgive me, I am sorry but perhaps I can return and play for them at the appropriate time.”
Currently, Morrison is committed to Gor Mahia, having signed a two-year contract, and he aims to make a significant impact with his new team.
