Emmanuel Agyemang Badu says his reason for signing for Accra Great Olympics is to make the betPawa Premier League ‘lovely’.
Badu signed for the Wonder club ahead of the new season as he looks to remain fit after deciding not to retire from football.
According to Badu, the decision to join Oylmpics will help grow the Ghanaian game as well as make the competition ‘lovely’ while he will also avoid being rusty.
“It was a good opportunity for me not to stay at home and be rusty because I haven’t stopped playing football. That is why I joined Olympics – to make the league lovely and to continue enjoying the game I love best,” the midfielder told Joy Sports.
Agyemang Badu made his debut for Olympics during the group stages of the GHALCA G6.
