Berekum Chelsea striker Mezack Afriyie, has revealed his admiration for Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.
According to the talented attacker, the two World’s super Stars are his the footballers he models his game after.
The young Ghanaian who last season played in the Access Bank Division One league, has become an integral member of the Blues, netting 7 goals in 12 matches in the ongoing 2022/23 season.
“I look up to Messi and Mbappe in y football career” Afriyie told Kaakyire FM in an interview.
Commenting further during the interview, Afriyie, who is currently leading the goal king race, said he wants to at least score 20 goals at the end of the season.
“I am aiming of scoring above 20 goals before the Ghana Premier League ends”
Afriyie’s was on target to ensure Chelsea defeated Karela United to get Christopher Ennin’s outfit another deserving three points on Wednesday at the Golden City Park in their Ghana Premier League matchday 12 fixture.
