Alidu Seidu has shared an emotional story about how football changed his life after a near-death experience.

The Ghanaian defender revealed that he once suffered a serious injury that left him unable to speak, with many fearing for his life.

Recalling the difficult moment, Seidu described how he lost a lot of blood and was in critical condition. “Football saved my life. I lost a lot of blood; I couldn’t speak, and everyone thought I was going to die. I’m still lucky to have become a professional player,” he said.

Despite the setback, Seidu recovered and continued his football journey. His determination and resilience helped him achieve his dream of playing professionally, proving his strong character on and off the field.

Now an important player for both club and country, Seidu’s story is an inspiration to young footballers. His experience shows that challenges can be overcome with perseverance and belief in oneself.

Seidu’s journey is a reminder of the power of football to change lives. From a moment of uncertainty to becoming a professional, his story reflects the strength of the human spirit.
