Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah, has promised to fight with his last breath for new club Yeni Malatyaspor after signing for the Turkish Top-flight side.

The former Palermo youth player has joined the Red and Yellows outfit on a two-year deal after completing his mandatory medical test on Tuesday morning.

The 25-year-old box-to-box midfielder ended his stay with Italian Serie A team Bologna FC on 4 January 2022 at the expiration of his contract.

He was on loan at Serie B side FC Crotone where he played 14 matches and scored once in the Italy second tier league.

Donsah will link up with Black Stars striker Benjamin Tetteh who is on international duty ahead of the 2021 AFCON with Ghana as well as youngster Haqi Osman.

“Cant fine the right Vocabulary 😭I pledge to fight with my last breath for the colors and the people who made this possible #greaterishenothuman🙏🏾” Donsah posted on Facebook.

The ex-Palermo youth player moved to Bologna in July 2016 from Cagliari Calcio for a fee around €5.0 million after a successful loan spell.

The Ghanaian previously played for Caykur Rizespor in Turkey in 2019.
