Former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan has registered his displeasure with the ruling of the High Court against him by journalist Anthony Sarfo.
The ruling by the High court bring to an end of a legal tussle in which Anthony Sarfo had been accused of conspiracy to extort money from Gyan and his manager in 2015.
“I will appeal because there is no way I should lose that case,” Gyan asserted, adding that he believes there might be a conspiracy at play. “There is a conspiracy somewhere. I will follow up this time. That judgment was very awful,” the player said In a sharp response after the painful decision against him.
Asamoah Gyan recently also received a ruling in a case involving himself and ex-wife as he petitioned the court to annul his marriage with Gifty Gyan.
