FC Samartex 1996 midfielder, Emmanuel Keyekeh, is open to leaving the club if a lucrative offer comes his way.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who was named Home-Based Footballer of the Year at the 2024 Ghana Football Awards, has hinted that he may not be staying with the club beyond this season.
After helping Samartex win the 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League title, Keyekeh revealed that he is unsure about his future with the club amid interest from other teams in Ghana and abroad.
“It depends on the offer that comes. If an offer comes with a million dollars, I don’t think Samartex will reject it so it depends on the offer that comes,” Keyekeh said in an interview.
This comes after his midfield partner, Seidu Dauda, left the club for Rwandan side APR this offseason.
Keyekeh was a key player for Samartex last season, scoring five goals and providing two assists in 32 league games.
His performances have caught the attention of other clubs, and he may be tempted to leave if a suitable offer comes along.
