Former Hearts of Oak SC defender Fatawu Mohammed says he will not advice Daniel Afriyie Barnieh to extend his contract with the club.
The former Rainbow Boys captain says God will even punish him if he advises the Black Galaxies and Black Meteors attacker to extend his stay at the club.
According to the experienced right-back who played with Barnieh, he is ready to face the wrath of God if he advises the forward to stay.
“I will not advise Afriyie to stay at Hearts of Oak. God will even punish me for that, Afriyie is my son but I will not advise him to stay God will not even forgive me”, he told Sports Obama TV.
According to reports, the Black Stars player, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has received offers from clubs outside Ghana but the 2021 SWAG home-based player is yet to decide on his next destination.
After ten-years and having served as the captain for years, Fatawu is reported to have been released by Hearts of Oak together with defender Mohammed Alhassan.
