Ibrahim Danlad reacts to Kotoko’s 1st win over WAFA in Sogakope

Asante Kotoko SC 1st choice goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad has reacted to the team’s win over West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC on Saturday afternoon in Sogakope.

The Porcupine Warriors defeated the young men by a lone goal through Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga’s exquisite finish in the second half of the highly entertaining match.

The win was the first time the Ghana Premier League giant, Kotoko have beaten the WAFA team at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope.

Ibrahimmovic Danlad produced some good saves which kept the Reds in the game before their goal and made sure nothing got past him in goal on the day.

The excited young goalkeeper took to Twitter to wish the supporters of the club a happy new month after the win.

“Happy New Month @AsanteKotoko_SC May this month be a joyful one for this family 🙏🙏 we keep moving” he wrote on social media after Kotoko’s win over WAFA.
