Ibrahim Osman featured for 77 minutes as Brighton & Hove Albion played out a goalless draw away to Tromsø in the first leg of their UEFA Conference League play-off tie on Thursday.
The Ghanaian winger was handed significant playing time as Brighton began their European campaign in Norway, with neither side able to break the deadlock.
Osman, a former Right to Dream Academy graduate, will now turn his attention to the Premier League, where Brighton are set to open their 2026/27 campaign against Aston Villa on Sunday, August 23, at the Amex Stadium.
The 21-year-old will be hoping his involvement against Tromsø strengthens his case for a more prominent role in Fabian Hürzeler’s squad as the new Premier League season gets underway.
