Ghana striker Ibrahim Sadiq came off the bench to play the entire second half for AZ Alkmaar in their 1–1 home draw against Excelsior in Matchday 19 of the 2025/26 Dutch Eredivisie season.
AZ Alkmaar were held by a determined Excelsior side, with Sadiq introduced to add more attacking threat and energy in the final 45 minutes. Despite his efforts, the hosts were unable to find a winning goal.
After the draw, AZ Alkmaar remain 7th on the league table with 29 points from 19 matches. Ibrahim Sadiq received a rating of 6.4 for his performance.
