Kwadwo Baah, has expressed his excitement after completing his switch to BURTON Albion in the ongoing Summer transfer window.
Kwadwo Baah on a season-long loan from Watford FC.
The forward signed for the Hornets in May 2021, before spending last season on loan with Fortuna Dusseldorf in the Bundesliga 2. His time there was hampered due to injury, making just seven appearances during his time in Germany.
Born in Germany to Ghanaian parents, he was raised in South Norwood and signed for Crystal Palace’s academy.
After being released at aged 14, he signed a scholarship with Rochdale in September 2019, scoring three goals at the Crown Oil Arena before signing at Vicarage Road in 2021.
After joining the Brewers, Baah said: “I’m massively excited to get going. I’ve played in League One before with Rochdale and I know the ins and outs of the league. I can’t wait to get some appearances, minutes and goals under my belt.
“When I first came here and I first saw the lads they made me feel very welcome. Some of them are from the same areas as me which is a bonus.”
Baah will wear number 24 shirt for the Brewers.
