Former Ghana international Anthony Baffoe, says he is eager to see how the African giants will operate in their international friendly game against Brazil later today, Friday 23rd September, 2022 in France.
Ghana will face the South American team in a pre-World Cup friendly in Le Havre, France
The Samba Boys enter the game unbeaten in 13 games, having scored 30 goals in that time.
They have also assembled a strong squad, which includes Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar and Real Madrid duo Vinicuis Jr. and Rodrygo.
Speaking to 3sports ahead of the big game, Baffoe said: “If of all I think in a game like that you don’t need a lot of motivation. You are playing against the Casemiros, the Neymars and you know great players, a team which has a world class reputation. This is a very big motivation, now coming back to our squad I have a lot of confidence in our squad. We have speed in our squad, we have experience mixed with youngsters and we have Avery fantastic coaching team,”
“Friday’s game is quite an interesting and important game, how we get our tactics right against a world class team. So I am very eager to see how we will operate. We have a lot of newcomers in the team, Tariq Lamprey, Ambrosius, Inaki, Ransford Königsdörffer etc I could go on with the list,”
