Inaki Williams and Nico Williams scored together in a LaLiga game for the first time since both players started playing together.
Both players were on target as Athletic Bilbao defeated Rayo Vallecano at home on Saturday, September 17.
The pair have featured in 42 LaLiga games together since Nico’s debut but this is the first time they have both scored in a game.
The Ghanaian brothers scored in the first half of the game as Ernesto Valverde’s side took all three points.
Inaki was first to get onto the scoresheet to make it 1-1 after Oscar Trejo had opened the scoring at the San Mames.
19 minutes after his elder brother had scored, Nico also netted to extend Bilibao’s lead heading into the break.
While Inaki is expected to make his Black Stars debut in the upcoming international break, Nico has received his first call-up to play for Spain.
