Ghanaian international Inaki Williams is poised to add to his goal tally for the Black Stars in the ongoing 2026 World Cup qualifiers as they prepare to face Comoros.
The striker from Athletic Club played a pivotal role in securing a late victory for the Black Stars in their inaugural match last Friday, bringing an end to his goal drought while representing Ghana.
In a challenging contest against Madagascar at the Baba Yara Stadium during the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Williams emerged as the hero.
He connected flawlessly with a well-delivered cross from Gideon Mensah in injury time, clinching the maximum points for Ghana.
Having switched allegiance to Ghana in June 2022, Williams exuded confidence in his goal-scoring abilities.
In an interview with SuperSport, he stated, “It’s coming, and Comoros is the next game; probably, I am going to score another goal to put Ghana on top.”
With the Black Stars eager to build on their opening triumph, Williams is resolute in his determination to contribute to another positive outcome against Comoros.
As the team continues its journey in the World Cup qualifiers, Williams aims to play a crucial role in securing success for Ghana on the international stage.
