Inaki Williams named best African player in La Liga

Ghanaian international Inaki Williams has been voted as the best African player in the first round of the La Liga.

The award which is instituted by an African sports company in Spain seek to honor the best African player in the first half of the La Liga.

Inaki who plies his trade for Atletico Bilbao has netted five goals in 18 games this season and he b eat the likes of Samuel Chukwueze and fellow Ghanaian Joseph Aidoo to win the award.

Inaki, 28, was part of the Ghana Black Stars team which failed to go past the first round of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
