Ghana international Inaki Williams recorded his 300th La Liga appearance on Saturday as Athletic Bilbao defeated UD Almeria away from home.
Inaki was named in the starting line-up by Ernesto Valverde for Saturday’s game as he went on to play his 300th league game for the club in the Spanish top division.
During that time, the 28-year-old has been directly involved in 103 goals, scoring 62 and providing 41 assists in the competition.
Inaki came off after halftime in the game against Almeria with a suspected knock but it is expected the player will be back in time for the next game.
Nico Williams scored in the game as the Basque club claimed a 2-1 victory away from home.
