Ghana attacker Inaki Williams opened his scoring account for the 2023/24 season as Athletic Bilbao beat Osasuna on Saturday night.

Inaki scored the first goal of the game in the 2-0 away win to kickstart his new season.

The Ghanaian was handed a starting berth for the second game running after starting in the defeat to Real Madrid last weekend.

Inaki latched onto a pass from his younger brother Nico Williams to open the scoring in the game before Bilbao scored a second.

The forward enjoyed 84 minutes of action before being taken off.

On the same night, his brother Nico recorded two assists in the fixture against Osasuna.
