The Blue and Whites outfit thumped the Ghanaians in a disgraceful fashion as they put five past the Reds at their own backyard.
Thirty minutes into the game, the home team took the lead through a fine free-kick from Maccabi Lillipo to make it 1-0 to the hosts.
The free-kick expert, Lillipo scored again from similar position just a minute away from the break to give the Sudanese a comfortable 2-0 lead before the break.
Abdul Agagon scored with a beautiful strike from outside the box to make it 3-0 few minutes after the hour mark.
The host scored another to make it four before Mubarak Abdullah added the fifth goal to make it 5-0 at the end of the match.
Kotoko lost the first game 2-0 and has lost 5-0 in the second making it 7-0 to Al Hilal in two games.
