Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC communications director, David Obeng Nyarko says club captain, Ismael Abdul Ganiyu is available to to play Accra Hearts of Oak SC this Sunday.
According to him, though the player was red-carded against Karela United FC, but will be playing against the Rainbow Boys in Super Clash on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
“Ganiyu is eligible to play for us on Sunday, He was only suspended for two including the match he got the card ( Karela utd), in this case He missed the King Faisal game which makes the suspension two matches, He is cleared and if selected by coach He will play”, he said.
He was given a straight red but according to the FA rules is eligible to play in the Ghana Premier League week 24 encounter in Kumasi.
