Israeli top-flight club Maccabi Tel Aviv FC and Dutch club ADO Den Haag reached an agreement for the transfer of Tyrese Asante.
The 22-year-old Dutch defender completed his medical at the club before signing a 3-year-deal with an option to extend by a further season.
After successfully completing his medical and signing his contract, Asante, told the Club’s official website: “I am really happy to be here and sign for the biggest club in Israel. I am looking forward to play in front of the Maccabi fans at Bloomfield stadium and ready to win more titles. Let’s make this season a successful one.”
Asante, made 32 appearances for Den Haag last season and a total of 98 in all competitions since joining them in July 2021.
Having made his first footballing footsteps at the Youth Academies of Feyenoord and Sparta Rotterdam, Asante, moved to HV & CV Quick where he made his senior league debut at the age of 18.
