Rio Ferdinand, the legendary figure from Manchester United and England, has asserted that West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus will only leave the club if a substantial offer in the vicinity of £75 million is presented.
Kudus, who joined West Ham from Ajax for £38 million in August, has made a significant impact, scoring 10 goals across all competitions and earning a nomination for the December Premier League Player of the Month.
Addressing speculations about Kudus’ potential departure on the Vibe with Five podcast, Ferdinand emphasized, “Not yet. It’ll take big money to take him out of there – £75m.”
Despite Kudus’ absence due to his participation in the Africa Cup of Nations with Ghana, his influence at West Ham has been notable, with the team facing challenges in recent games without him.
The valuation set by Ferdinand reflects the club’s determination to retain the talented midfielder.
