Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus says he’s happy with his new role at Dutch Eredivisie giant AFC Ajax Amsterdam.
The Ghanaian playmaker played as a makeshift striker for Alfred Schreuder’s team who beat AFC Ajax Amsterdam 4-0 to begin their season on a high.
Speaking in his post-match interview, the Black Stars poster boy said although he did not play in his natural position, he enjoyed his role today.
“It’s not my natural position, but I liked it. 100 percent. People can complain about it, but I prefer to stay positive. I was hungry for more, but these 3 points are the most important,” Mohammed Kudus said.
Kudus was on target with a beautiful strike and also set up another goal for Ajax as they went top of the table after one game.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker was also adjudged as the Man-Of-The-Match of the match.
