Dreams FC General Manager Ameenu Shardow has hinted at the possibility of Abdul Aziz Issah joining Asante Kotoko on loan, following in the footsteps of Black Stars defender Baba Rahaman at the Kumasi-based club.
The 18-year-old winger has attracted attention both locally and internationally for his stellar performances in the Ghanaian top-flight league this season.
Shardow revealed in an interview with local media that despite receiving bids from foreign suitors during the January transfer window, Dreams FC may opt to loan out the promising talent to the Ghana Premier League powerhouse.
“It’s possible,” Shardow stated in an interview with Kessben TV. “It’s not always about money. We consider good sporting projects, and that is all. In January alone, we had five offers for him from abroad, but we declined all.”
Aziz, who was part of the Ghana U20 squad that won the 2023 All African Games, has showcased his talent by scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists in 24 appearances across all competitions for Dreams FC this season.
