Scottish second tier club Inverness Caledonian Thistle have parted ways with Dutch born Ghanaian striker Manny Duku after just seven months together.
Duku moved to Iverness last summer from Raith Rovers but has endured a torrid time as he has netted just twice in 25 games.
Though he had a year and half left on contract, the club was nit keen on keeping him and his contract has been mutually abrogated after a meeting.
“Manny was a consummate professional throughout his time at Caledonian Stadium and he will always be welcomed back in Inverness by everyone at the club.” An official statement from the club indicated.
“The club would like to thank Manny for his contribution and wish him all the best in the future.”
He previously played for a host of lower division teams in England including Hayes & Yeading as well as Chesham.
