Black Stars forward Joseph Paintsil was named the Man of the Match in Genk’s stalemate against KAS Eupen in the Belgium Pro League on Wednesday, February 1.
Paintsil continued his fine form to the start of the year as he grabbed another for Genk in the league against Eupen.
The 25-year-old netted in his third consecutive league game for Genk and was unfortunate to take all three points as the club drew 1-1 at the end of the fixture.
KRC Genk maintain their dominant position at the top of the table despite the tie.
Paintsil, who has now netted nine goals in the league, is aiming to win the Belgium championship for the second time this season.
The Ghanaian was then named as Genk’s Man of the Match following the end of the game, making it back-to-back accolades.
