Ghanaian international Kamaldeen Sulemana has pledged to give his best for his new club, Atalanta BC, after completing his move from Southampton FC.
The 23-year-old winger, known for his blistering pace and exceptional dribbling skills, officially joined the Serie A side on Wednesday, July 2, ahead of the 2025/26 football season.
Speaking to the club’s media team after touring the training facilities, Sulemana expressed his excitement and readiness to begin a new chapter in his career.
“I just had a tour at the training centre and I can say it’s a big facility, a lot of stuff to do here, and I can’t wait to get started. I’m very happy to start my new adventure here. So far, I like everything I see. I will give all my best to the club,” he said in a video posted by Atalanta.
A graduate of Ghana’s renowned Right to Dream Academy, Sulemana has previously featured for FC Nordsjælland, Stade Rennais, and Southampton, gaining experience in Denmark, France, and England.
Now at Atalanta, Sulemana is expected to add speed, creativity, and attacking threat to the team. However, with competition for starting spots fierce, he will need to work hard in training to earn a regular place in the starting eleven.
