Kamaldeen Sulemana delivered a decisive late assist to help Atalanta BC secure a dramatic 2–2 draw against SS Lazio in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

The Ghanaian winger played a crucial role in the closing moments of the match when he set up Yunus Musah for the equalising goal, ensuring Atalanta avoided defeat in a highly competitive encounter.

With the game heading towards a narrow loss for Atalanta, Sulemana showed great composure and vision to deliver a well-timed pass that allowed Musah to finish and level the score at 2–2.

The late goal sparked celebrations among the Atalanta players and fans, as it significantly improved the team’s chances ahead of the second leg of the semi-final.
Sulemana’s contribution highlighted his impact since joining the Italian side, as his pace and creativity continue to add an attacking threat for the club in crucial matches.

The draw leaves the tie evenly balanced going into the return leg, with both teams now aiming to secure a place in the final of the prestigious Italian cup competition.

For Sulemana, the assist serves as another positive moment in his season, underlining his importance to Atalanta as they continue their pursuit of silverware.
