Former Ghana Black Starlets defender Emmanuel Sowah Adjei is set to leave Belgian Jupiler Pro League club KAS Eupen this summer.
Sowah joined Eupen from Anderlecht in January 2020 and has made just ten appearances for the club in two years with four of them coming this campaign.
The club is bent on releasing him in June and other dormant players as they seek for other optioms.
“The contracts of Benoît Poulain, Robin Himmelmann, Julien Ngoy, Leonardo Rocha, Carlos Embalo, Emmanuel Sowah, Mamadou Koné, Jens Cools and Silas Gnaka, which expire on June 30, 2022, will not be extended.” An official statement from AS Eupen indicated.
Sowah who also previously played for Dreams FC was part of the Anderlecht Under 19 team which lost to Chelsea in the 2015/ 2016 UEFA Youth Champions League semifinals.
