Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Sarfo has been recognized as the top midfielder in the Cypriot league following another exceptional season.
The 28-year-old has also earned a place in the league’s best eleven team, showcasing his impressive performances for APOEL.
Sarfo, a former Malmo FF player, has been in scintillating form for APOEL as they contended for the league title. In the 2022/23 season, he has already made 29 appearances, contributing with one goal and three assists.
Furthermore, Sarfo was ranked as the third best player in the league, reflecting his significant impact on the field.
APOEL Nicosia, his team, currently occupies the second position in the league standings with two games remaining, trailing Aris by three points.
Sarfo made the move to APOEL from Olympiakos Nicosia after an impressive loan spell with the latter club. His consistent performances have solidified his reputation as one of the standout midfielders in the Cypriot league.
