Ghanaian descent Ansgar Knauff doubtful for game with Tottenham

German U-21 forward of Ghanaian descent Ansgar Knauff may not feature on Wednesday when Eintracht Frankfurt face Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.

Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that Knauff pulled out of training on Tuesday after twisting his ankle and he might miss the game in midweek.

His absence is likely to be a big blow for Frankfurt as he has been one of their best players since last season.

Knauff is originally owned by Dortmund but is on loan at Frankfurt.
