Bismark Kobi-Mensah will sign for Dreams FC after the 2023 CHAN in Algeria.
The Karela United head coach is on the wanted list of Medeama and Dreams FC but is the latter whose talks with him has reached an advanced stage.
Baring any last minute change of plans, he will sign for the Dawu-based club after the CHAN ends.
Kobi Mensah verbally resigned from Karela United in December 2022 after the take over by politician Haruna Iddrisu.
