Asante Kotoko took a seven-point lead at the summit of the Ghana Premier League table after 13 matches following another big win over Medeama on Sunday.
The team coached by Prosper Ogum thus becomes the first team to reach the 30-point mark this season.
The Porcupine Warriors defeated Medeama SC by 1-0 on Sunday to claim their 30th point of the season as Cameroonian striker Georges Mfegue netted a late winner in the 79th minute.
Aduana Stars are second with 24 points whilst Bechem United occupy the third place with 23 points.
King Faisal – who lost at Great Olympics – are now 4th placed on 23 points.
