Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh names starting XI for WAFA clash today

Ghana Premier League leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has named his starting lineup for their game against West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC today.

Porcupine Warriors are looking to recover from two straight defeats to RTU and Legon Cities as they aim to pip the relegation battling side in a heavyweight clash.

The academy boys haven’t been good and strong at their backyard this season but always manages good results playing against the Reds and the last time they lost to the GPL record winners was way back in 2017.

Prosper Narteh has made some changes in the first team that started against Legon Cities in Kumasi Asante in the previous fixture.

Charles Owusu, Mudasiru Salifu, and Stephen Amankona have all been handed a starting role ahead of Dickson Afoakwa, Richard Boadu, and Imoro Salifu who is not part of the full squad.

Goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad, Christopher Nettey, Etouga Mbella, Georges Mfegue, and Fabio Gama have all retained their positions.
