Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC player Opoku Nti believes the club needs more quality players going into the 2022-23 CAF Champions League campaign.

According to him, the Porcupine Warriors needs to improve their squad for Africa and thinks will even have to augment their bench

The Porcupine Warriors won the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season and will represent the country in the Africa campaign.

 

“Kototo still need to improve their squad for Africa you even need quality bench for Africa ”

‘Opoku Nti on what Asante Kotoko SC need to do going to Africa”, he told Sikka FM.

 

Kotoko drew their last match of the season against the debutants Accra Lions FC on Saturday afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Striker, Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga missed the chance of becoming the top scorer of the Ghana Premier League season as Yaw Annor pipped him to win win the golden boot award.
